Let me set the stage. On my recent trip to Italy we were in Garfagnana eating at an amazing osteria. The owner, Andrea, is a leader in the slow food movement there. One of the members of our group received a FaceTime call from her brother, Lucky, a chef in Austin, Texas. Andrea had never videochatted before but quickly got into a fantastic conversation about food. The rest is, well, on this video. Enjoy.
