The cross walks in my neighborhood<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

During the pandemic, I started to walk more around my neighborhood. It was a time every day for me to stretch my legs and feel less confined during a time when everything felt constricted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In my neighborhood, near our resident’s club and community pool, 4 roads converge into a roundabout or traffic circle as some like to call it. Each of the 4 streets have painted cross walks where bright white boxes are painted in a row to signify safe passage across the street.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I always knew these cross walks were there but on my walks something else caught my eye. The white boxes that were once painted solid white have started to wear away and crack revealing beautiful organic textures and patterns. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This series of photos captures some of my favorite spots in these cross walks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
