\nSo the halftime show is over and the kids are asleep. I can finally reflect on the numerous comments my kids made and conversations my wife and I had to have with them (age 10, 7, and 5) during this first half of football.<\/p>\n

\n“I recognize her. She’s from the Weight Watchers commercials! She said I love bread, cheese, and chocolate!”<\/p>\n

“Why is that girl making those loud noises when she kisses that guy?” <\/p>\n

“Why did that kid get a black eye?”
\nMe: “He kissed someone else’s girl.”
\n“That wasn’t nice.” <\/p>\n

“How come that player hit that umpire?”<\/p>\n

“Why doesn’t she (Beyonce) have more clothes on? It’s the winter!”<\/p>\n

“Why is Beyonce doing that with her hair?”<\/p>\n

“We get it, you can shake your booty.”<\/p>\n

“I don’t want to see all the look-a-likes dancing with you”<\/p>\n

“Do you see Shannon Sharpe’s eyes aren’t in the middle of his head like other people?”<\/p>\n

“This game would be more fun if it was the Patriots”

Me: Do you want me to tell you who wins?”
