Those could have been my perfectly roasted brussel sprouts today. But the difference between roasted and burnt to oblivion is apparently around 10 minutes. I used this <a href=\"http:\/\/www.epicurious.com\/recipes\/food\/views\/Roasted-Brussels-Sprouts-240260\">roasted brussel sprout recipe from Epicurious<\/a> and thought it would be pretty top-notch. I followed the recipe perfectly and then when the oven buzzer went off I pulled out a tray of Kingsford. The result: no brussel sprouts tonight.
