This weekend I am in Charleston, South Carolina with my wife to attend a wedding. Tonight we went to a restaurant called, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.burwellscharleston.com\/\">Burwell&#8217;s Stone Fire Grill<\/a>. One of the cool things Burwell&#8217;s offers is raw steak seared on a 700 degree lava stone. They bring out the raw meat and a crazy hot stone and you sear it to your own kind of perfection.
