Yesterday my wife and I went to DPAC to see Roundabout Theatre Company’s Anything Goes starring Rachel York as Reno Sweeney.
It was THE BEST show this year at DPAC in my opinion. The orchestra sounded fantastic, the performances were inspiring, and the dance numbers spectacular. And don’t get me started on the way Cole Porter songs bring you back with a sense of nostalgia to a time 60 years before you were born. That’s a feat!
There was just one thing that wasn’t perfect about this performance. The kerning on the title screen. Take a look.

That was it! And the fact that this was the only thing to nitpick at you know the show had to be amazing! Of course the staff and facilities at DPAC were stellar as usual. Check out this clip to get an idea of how awesome it was.
