Exploring the Last Frontier // Video of our Alaskan National Park Adventure

By on July 11, 2016

My family is still on our National Park adventure but our trip was split up into 2 main parts. The first part was highlighted by a family reunion with my sister’s family and my parents on a cruise to Alaska! Here is a short film I created to document our adventures!

We had many adventures that I will detail on this blog shortly including whale watching in Juneau, seeing the Mendenhall Glacier, visiting the Klondike Gold Rush National Historical Site in Skagway, seeing the epic Marjorie Glacier in Glacier Bay National Park, and learning about the Metlakatla Indian Community outside of Ketchikan.

I used 3 different cameras for this footage: My new Sony a6300, GoPro Hero+, and iPhone 6 Plus. Music credit goes to Vance Joy and his song “Riptide”.

GOAL: Visit 100 National Parks as a family by 2020. Favorite Parks: Zion National Park, Mt Rainier National Park, Valley Forge National Historical Park
