Today in Raleigh, North Carolina my kids had a snow day so we took advantage of this rare snowfall and made snow ice cream. Snow ice cream is super easy to make and only requires 4 ingredients: 6 cups of clean snow, 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract, 1 cup of milk, and 1/3 cup of sugar.
You can go from yard to mouth in less than 5 minutes. It’s quick and easy and your kids will have fun making it. Enjoy!
